In present investigation variation in the antidermatophytic potential C. essential oil was estimated different temperature storage periods. Materials Methods: extracted through hydrodistillation methods kept amber bottles three conditions like room (variable from 8-45°C), refrigerator temperature(2-6°C) 30°C for 2 years. Minimum inhibitory concentration determined after every fourth month against selected dermatophytes. Results: Antidermatophytic activity found prominent due to high citral derivatives.
